Whether you are creating something for yourself, a gift, a family gathering, a church group, a special event, or your business, custom orders are designed with care and personal attention.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Send Your Design Idea

Email your custom-order request to Terisakaydesigns@gmail.com.

Please include as much information as possible, such as:

• The type of apparel you would like
• Your preferred shirt or apparel color
• The wording, quote, Scripture, name, or message you want included
• Your design idea or theme
• Preferred colors for the design
• The quantity and sizes you need
• The date you need your order
• Any inspiration photos or examples

Inspiration photos are welcome, but copyrighted artwork, logos, characters, or designs cannot be copied without permission from the copyright owner.

2. Review and Design

Once your request is received, I will review your idea and contact you with any questions.

You will receive information about:

• Product availability
• Design options
• Pricing
• Estimated completion time
• Shipping or pickup options

A digital design proof will be provided for your approval before production begins.

3. Approve and Pay

Your order will not be placed into production until:

• The final design proof has been approved
• All sizes and order details have been confirmed
• Full payment has been received

Please review your proof carefully. Check all names, dates, spelling, colors, and design details before approving it.

Custom Order Pricing

Pricing depends on the apparel style, design, number of print locations, quantity, and level of customization.

A personalized quote will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Additional design fees may apply for detailed artwork, multiple revisions, rush orders, or designs that require extensive preparation.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time begins after the final design has been approved and payment has been received.

Please submit custom-order requests as early as possible, especially for:

• Holidays
• Birthdays
• Family reunions
• Church events
• Group trips
• Business events
• Large orders

Rush service may be available for an additional fee, depending on product availability and the requested deadline.

Custom Order Policies

Because custom items are created specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If Terisa Kay Designs makes an error or your item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Colors may appear slightly different on screens than they do on the finished product. Placement and sizing may also vary slightly depending on the apparel size and style.

How to Request a Bulk Order

Email your request to terisakaydesigns@gmail.com with the subject line:

Bulk Apparel Order

Please include:

• Organization or group name
• Contact person's name
• Quantity needed
• Apparel type (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, etc.)
• Shirt colors
• Design idea or logo
• Print locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
• Size breakdown
• Deadline or event date
• Shipping or pickup preference

If you already have artwork, feel free to attach it to your email.

Pricing

Bulk pricing depends on several factors, including:

• Quantity ordered
• Apparel style and brand
• Number of print locations
  

A personalized quote will be provided before production begins.

Artwork & Proof Approval

Before printing, you'll receive a digital proof showing the layout of your design.

Production begins only after:

• The artwork has been approved
• Sizes and quantities have been confirmed
• Payment has been received

Please review all spelling, names, dates, and design details carefully before giving final approval.

Turnaround Time

Most bulk orders require additional production time depending on the size of the order and product availability.

Whenever possible, please submit your request at least 2–4 weeks before your event. Larger orders or specialty items may require additional time.

Rush orders may be available depending on scheduling and inventory.

How It Works

2. Design & Review

I'll review your request and create an initial concept based on your ideas.

You'll receive a digital proof for review, along with any questions or recommendations before the design is finalized.

3. Final Approval

Once you've approved the design and payment has been received, you'll receive your completed project.

Depending on your project, final files may include print-ready or digital formats appropriate for your intended use.

Design Pricing

Every project is unique, so pricing is based on:

• Design complexity
• Number of design elements
• Estimated design time
• Number of requested revisions
• Intended commercial or personal use

A custom quote will be provided before work begins.

Revisions

Your quote includes one round of reasonable revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.

Additional revisions or major design changes after approval may incur an additional design fee.

Terisa Kay Designs creates original artwork whenever possible.

Please do not request copies of copyrighted artwork, logos, licensed characters, or designs that you do not own or have permission to use.

By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
